Il Pinolo bed and breakfast is located in Rome in the way Pausania n.12 in a locality named Pigneto near Porta Maggiore, beteween Casilina and Prenestina street, in the district of Rome named prenestino labicano.
At disposal of the guests is a mini apartment of 27 square meters, with TV, conditioned air, heating, indipendent bathroom, indipendent kitchen (refrigerating, stoves, electric oven) offered with the bed and breakfast formula; you will receive the apartmen’s keys after the check in and you will have absolute freedom in the hourly.
It is possible to use the washer.
The apartment has been restructured in the summer of 2007 and supplied with natural stuff.
The bed breakfast disposes of a double room with a matrimonial bed more a couch; it is possible to give hospitality up to three persons.
The B&B is located in the green zone of Rome close Aureliane Walls (That is close the historical center of Rome) and close the limitatd private traffic Zone (ZTL).
You can easily to reach the residence both with the car and with the public transport; if you will come with the car the parking in the ways of the zone is free; the bed and breakfast do not dispose of a private box but there are many garages near the house where to leave the car; if you will come with the train or the airplane then from the Termini station it is need only 15 minutes to reach the B and B.
The prenestino labicano zone is in a good position to use both the car (the raccordo anulare is reached in 20 minutes) and the bus.
